I listened to the usual 30 second grabs and decided to buy this and it certainly impressed me. With various lineups over the years, Nodens have played live semi-frequently since the late '80s often supporting Ozric shows.

Amazon Second Chance Pass it on, trade it in, give it a second life. It's actually a great album but light years away from rock or it's subgenres It is Ozrics without the pummeling rock element. Essentially Ozric Tentacles minus the guitar and rhythm section, Nodens Ictus explored ethereal, Tangerine Dream -like soundscapes using synths and samples, in contrast to the driving nodems which characterised the sound of parent band.
